Shipping policy

The material used to deliver your order is either recycled, reused or as environmentally friendly as possible.

 

Standard delivery costs :

 

• For purchases of $100* or less, a delivery charge of $12 will be applied .

• Purchases over $100* will receive free standard shipping.

 

Express Delivery Costs:

For those who want faster delivery, we offer the express delivery option at a flat rate of $25 for any purchase, regardless of the order value.

 

delivery time   :

Each order is shipped within two business days. The delivery time is then determined by the carrier.

Express shipping guarantees faster delivery, usually within one day.

 

Delivery tracking:

We offer a parcel tracking service for all orders. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

Pick-up at the workshop:

We offer a pick-up service at our store, located at 231 rue Dufferin, Sherbrooke, J1H 1K1.
