Returns and exchanges

Return of products:

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will be accepted under certain conditions:

• The product must be in its original, unused and unaltered condition.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund :

• Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

• The refund will be made within 7 working days following receipt of the returned product and after checking its condition.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

Trades :

​If you would like to exchange a product, contact us for specific instructions on the exchange process. Delivery charges for shipping the replacement item will be the customer's responsibility.

Product damaged upon receipt:

​If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order by sending an e-mail to info@dudoux.ca. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product to help us better understand the situation. We will work to resolve the problem promptly by offering you a replacement or refund.
